Help for people with learning difficulties
We support, protect and improve your quality of life.
We give you a safe space where you can talk about your problems. It can help you to make your own decisions about your own life.
We look at your practical skills, like personal care or travel skills. If something is difficult for you to do we can talk about ways to make it easier
We can help you to move, sit and rest comfortably.
We can help you get the health care and treatment you need. We can also help you have a healthier lifestyle.
We help you to think about your feelings. We can help you to change your behaviour if you, or other people, are worried about it. We will assess your IQ if someone needs to know this.
We look after your mental health needs.
